What kind of requests can I send them?

Essentially anything relating to the launch of your new issue such as:

  • Delivery dates
  • Quantity to be received
  • Packaging
  • Issue IDs
  • Portal access
What information do we need from you about your new issue?

Before the delivery of your stock, we need to know:

  • What we’ll be receiving and when- this would include total quantity as well as quantities of different covers if applicable.
  • When you would like the issue sent out, whether that be ASAP or on a specific date.
  • We’ll also need you to send any data of orders over to us in advance along with any details for bulk orders.
  • Let us know if your packaging choice has changed or if there are any inserts or extras to go with the new issue.
  • Please also send us the cover image of the new issue, and a short issue description.
What will happen once my new issue arrives?

Once we have received your new issue, we will let you know what we have received and if there were any issues with the delivery such as damaged or incorrectly printed stock. We’ll provide you with the relevant codes you will need for your spreadsheet or API imports and keep you fully up to date with when the orders have been shipped out. This will be within 2 days of us receiving your stock and data, unless you specify a later date of course.

How can I access the portal and what other information is there?

You can find our portal here where you can use your login details to access all your information. To set up a login, please get in touch with the team.

On the portal, you will find:

  • Your own details (such as address and bank details) which you can update
  • A list of all your issues, mag IDs, issue IDs and SKU codes
  • All of your invoices and corresponding data
  • The search portal where you can view the status of each customer order
  • API key information for when you are setting up your API
How can I ensure I provide my data to you in the best way?
Here is a detailed insight into data compliance, common errors and top tips! Once your spreadsheet is complete, please password protect it and email it over to us!

When will I be billed for sending out my new issue?
