Who should I contact for day to day queries?

What kind of requests can I send them?
They handle everything to do with the daily orders you get for your magazine such as:
- Order imports, whether they be via the API or spreadsheets
- Tracked orders
- Address changes
- Resend requests
- Stock counts
- General order queries- ‘when was this order sent?’ or ‘when does the subscription expire?’
- Tracking requests
How can I send you my orders?
For orders going by standard shipping, you have two options. You can either set up an API which automatically communicates orders from your webshop, or you can send us your orders in our spreadsheet template. You can find API set up documentation and the spreadsheet template and guide below. Both options allow you to import subscriptions to us, so that when your next issue is released, we automatically send it out to all of your subscribers!
For orders that you specifically want tracked, you can send these to us via our tracked order template which you can find below (with an explanation of how to use it).
Can I have the tracking number for my shipment?
When you send an order to us via our tracked order template, the team will reply with your tracking number as soon as the shipment is processed.
With standard shipments, any shipments under 2kg are sent without tracking. If you know that your shipment weighed over 2kg and you require the tracking number, please do get in touch with the team and they will be able to provide it for you.
How long will it take my items to arrive?
Typically UK orders should arrive next day when sent via 1st class post. EU orders should arrive within 7 working days and ROW should arrive within 10 working days. However, please allow up to 7 working days for UK and 15 working days for EU and ROW before requesting a resend as delays can occur.
